The Dakila Brand
Roots.
What you see/read about below is just a sliver of how the Dakila Creative Brand is slowly evolving.
We started with just the basics. A t-shirt and a logo.
At the height of the Dalagang Filipina Challenge in 2019, we decided to create a Dakila "Branded" hoodie as a joke and we received a great response. Many people ordered and a lot with a CUSTOM twist. From their own names to using the same style and applying it to their interests.
We decided to run a bit with that theme and start a line called "SINIGANG." Another Filipino play on words.
The basic T-Shirt isn't so basic anymore. We have named it the "DAKILA OG." It too has taken different forms and styles, but it's still the "Original Gangsta."
